Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen is seeking a Shift Leader to train and guide the crew, ensuring high-energy shifts and exceptional service.
You will uphold food safety standards, manage stock and cash handling, and drive profitability while living our values daily.
The role requires leadership experience in a quick-paced environment, plus completion or willingness to complete Food Safety Supervisor and Responsible Service of Alcohol courses.
Flexibility across early to overnight shifts is required.
