University of Melbourne is seeking a Quality Officer to coordinate SEDS quality systems and frameworks, ensuring consistent updates across all service areas and embedding quality assurance for equitable student support.
You will develop SOPs, conduct audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive accuracy, compliance and continuous improvement in student adjustments and related processes.
