Job Description
Allambi Care is seeking an experienced leader to guide Foster Care case teams within the Permanency Support Program.
The role focuses on supervising Case Workers and Foster Carers, translating strategic goals into daily tasks, and ensuring policy compliance.
You'll work with external agencies, oversee client plans, reviews, and incident reporting, and drive continuous improvement to meet OCG and OOHC standards.
A Bachelor degree and solid leadership are preferred.
