In this role, you will:
Lead and inspire a team of veterinarians and support staff to deliver outstanding patient and client care
Foster a positive, collaborative and high‐performing clinic culture
Mentor and develop veterinarians at all stages of their careers
Partner with your Practice Manager, Area Manager and Regional Clinical Director to drive clinical excellence and business success
Continue to build strong relationships with clients and the local community
Enjoy a diverse caseload ranging from routine preventative care through to complex medical and surgical cases

To be considered for this role, you must hold a Veterinary Science qualification from a university accredited by the Australasian Veterinary Boards' Council (AVBC) and/or have completed NAVLE, AVE or equivalent examinations.
