St Patrick's Catholic Primary School in West Bundaberg is seeking a Teacher (Inclusive Education) for a full time term 1, **** commencement.
You will provide intervention support to students, especially those with specific learning needs, under the Principal's direction.
You will collaborate with classroom teachers to develop Personal Learning Plans, differentiate learning, coordinate visiting paraprofessionals, and contribute to NCCD documentation while building staff capability and embedding
