About The Role
As a Fishing Sales Assistant you'll be the go-to expert for all things fishing.
Assist customers in selecting the right rods, reels, lures, accessories & more!
Provide expert advice on local fishing spots, techniques, and tackle options
Merchandise and maintain the fishing department to ensure it is fully stocked and visually appealing
Stay up to date with the latest fishing trends, gear, and technology




Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a great shopping experience
Who Are We Looking For
Passion for fishing – whether it's freshwater, saltwater, or sport fishing, we encourage it all!
Strong communication skills in a friendly, approachable, and engaging manner
Willingness to learn and share knowledge with customers and team
Ability to work in a team and contribute to a positive store environment
Previous Experience: within stock, customer service, and sales within a quick-paced environment
Business Acumen: understanding the local consumer market, products, and growth
