This role ensures product excellence, safety, and regulatory compliance across all operations, aligning with the company's commitment to high-quality, innovative food solutions.
DUTIES: • Maintaining quality related documents and reports.
• Promoting good manufacturing practices in the workplace.
• Performing standard tests for flavour, colour, taste, texture and nutritional content • Work on compliance evaluation and quality control report • Analysing and conducting research to develop theories, techniques and processes,



and testing the reliability of outcomes under different conditions • Managing and developing practical applications of experimental and research findings • Providing advice on quality and compliance related matters.
• Investigating and recommending solutions for quality issues that may arise.
• Assisting in internal and external audits.
• Developing quality control procedures and safety standards for the manufacture of food products • Conducting experiments and tests to identify the chemical composition and reactive properties of natural substances and processed materials REQUIRMENTS • At least Diploma Qualification in Food Technology • 10+ years of experience as Quality Assurance Manager/Food technical Manager • Robust analytical and problems solving capabilities.
• Experience in quality compliance in a manufacturing environment.
• Sound knowledge of the Food Act, SQF, HACCP and GMPs.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
