We are currently seeking anexperiencedMetallurgySuperintendentto join our team for the LavertonProcessing Facility.
Reporting to the Processing Manager andworking an 8/6 roster, this role will initially be based at ourSubiaco Head Office for the first couple of monthsbeforetransitioningto site.
This is a unique opportunity to be involved from theconstruction and commissioning phase through to operational rampup,
with the Senior Metallurgist playing a key role in processreadiness, metallurgical performance, optimisation and establishingthe foundations for a safe, efficient and successfulprocessingoperation.
As the Metallurgy Superintendent, yourkeyresponsibilitieswill include:
Recovery and throughput optimisation
Metallurgical accounting and reconciliation
Commissioning and process readiness
Technical support and troubleshooting
Compliance, reporting and leadership
Reagents and consumables budget management
Water and tailings balance
About You
Gold processing experience
Commissioning and ramp up experience
Metallurgical accounting and reconciliation experience
Relevant tertiary qualifications, e.g. Metallurgy,ChemicalEngineeringor Mineral Engineering
Knowledge of Mines Regulation requirements
