Working closely with local, regional, and global stakeholders, you'll play a critical role in delivering sustainable value, managing risk, and enhancing supplier performance across a complex and evolving business environment.

What You'll Be Doing
n
Strategic Procurement Leadership
n
n
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team.
n
Drive strategic sourcing initiatives that deliver commercial value, efficiency, and risk reduction.
n
Lead complex negotiations, supplier selection processes, and contract governance activities.
n
Build strong partnerships with business leaders to align procurement outcomes with organisational priorities.
n

Supplier & Category Management
n
n
Develop and manage a robust network of suppliers across key indirect spend categories.
n
Drive supplier performance, innovation, service excellence, and value creation.
n
Collaborate with Allianz Partners Global Procurement to implement category strategies and identify enterprise-wide opportunities.
n
Utilise market intelligence, data insights, and emerging technologies to support informed sourcing decisions.
n

Business Resilience & Governance
n
n
Lead business continuity, crisis management, and operational resilience initiatives.
n
Support critical regulatory requirements, including CPS 230 and Modern Slavery obligations.
n




Strengthen governance frameworks and third-party risk management practices.
n
Partner with stakeholders to continue building resilient and adaptable business operations.
n
n
Facilities & Workplace Services
n
n
Oversee facilities management, workplace services, and sustainability initiatives across ANZ.
n
Deliver programs that enhance employee experience, operational effectiveness, and environmental outcomes.
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
You are a commercially astute leader who combines strong procurement expertise with the ability to influence, innovate, and drive change.
n
You'll bring:
n
n
8+ years' experience in procurement, supply chain, resilience, facilities, or related disciplines
n
Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams
n
Strong commercial negotiation and supplier management capability
n
Experience operating within large, complex, or multinational organisations
n
Excellent stakeholder engagement and executive influencing skills
n
Strong analytical, governance, and project management capability
n
A continuous improvement mindset with an interest in leveraging data, digital tools, and emerging technologies to enhance decision-making and business outcomes
n
The ability to navigate complexity and help organisations adapt in a rapidly evolving environment
