About the role
n
We are currently offering a rewarding opportunity for an initiative-taking and detail-oriented Water Broker to join our Northern NSW team. Based in Dubbo. Reporting to the General Manager, your role will be to develop strong relationships with our customers with a focus on identifying new business.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Proactively contact customers to discuss and assist with the development of a water strategy for their business.
n
In conjunction with the Marketing Department, develop and execute a marketing plan for the business. This is likely to include presentations to growers at events, engagement with industry and referral partners.
n
Maintain contact with customers throughout the trade process and assist with any issues to ensure trades complete smoothly and efficiently.
n
Manage the relationship with key stakeholders including Govt Water Authorities, irrigator groups and other business units.

About you
n
n
Agricultural background, with an understanding of the water market preferred
n
Exceptional time management with the ability to prioritise tasks
n
Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
n
Excellent attention to detail
n
A high level of personalised customer service
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe applications
n
Effective written & verbal communication skills to build solid long-term relationships
n
A proactive approach to work and practical organisation skills
n
A current driver's license is essential
