Job Description
St Vincent de Paul Society NSW is seeking a Vinnies Van Case Worker to provide professional case management and holistic support to people experiencing homelessness and housing instability in the Illawarra region.
n
The role collaborates with volunteers, conducts intake and planning, and connects clients with services while maintaining confidential records. A minimum TAFE Certificate IV in welfare and robust communication skills are required.
