The roster: Full-Time, Sunday to Thursday

The location: RATIONALE Mosman

You will deliver luxury end-to-end client retail and service experiences
n
You will be empowered with an education onboarding program and ongoing training
n
You will perform RATIONALE's world-class luxury facial treatments
n
Apply our professional-grade formulations with a luxury massage technique, and utilise non-invasive modalities (LED, cryotherapy and ultrasound)
n
You will provide informative skin analysis, tailored skincare product and bespoke treatment plans to your clients
n

n

A qualification in beauty, skin or dermal therapy
n
Experience in a spa or clinic setting, in a similar role
n




Experience in delivering tailored treatments and retail product prescriptions
n
Demonstrated excellent client service in a retail or luxury environment
n
Passion for skin science, building client rapport and relationships, and delivering on client skin goals
n
Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive time management and organisational skills
n
Openness to ongoing education and team collaboration within a positive team culture
n
