The Opportunity

As our Store Manager, you'll be the driving force behind your team's success — delivering sales growth, unbeatable customer experiences, and operational excellence.

You will:

Lead, coach and inspire your team to reach their full potential

Take full P&L; responsibility, using your commercial skills to grow profitability
n
Analyse store performance data and act quickly to seize opportunities
n
Manage rosters, recruitment and professional development
n
Maintain exceptional merchandising standards and stock availability
n




Ensure every customer leaves with a solution and a smile

What You'll Bring
n
3+ years in store management (bulky goods experience a plus)
n
Robust leadership skills and a genuine passion for motivating teams
n
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
n
Commercial acumen – comfortable with budgets, financial reporting, and inventory control
n
Experience in merchandising and ticketing disciplines
n
Clear, confident communication and problem-solving skills
n
A roll up your sleeves attitude and a commitment to teamwork
n
Pool product knowledge is an advantage, but not essential
