About You

Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering.
n
Significant experience within consulting engineering or building services.
n
Strong technical capability across mechanical design and project delivery.
n
Experience leading, mentoring and developing engineering teams.
n
Comfortable managing client relationships and contributing to business growth.
n
Confident communicator who enjoys working collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
n
Solid understanding of Australian standards and industry regulations.
n
Chartered status or working towards it will be highly regarded.

About the Role

Provide leadership and direction to the national mechanical engineering team.

Oversee the delivery of projects from planning through to completion.

Support and mentor engineers across multiple offices.
