Key Responsibilities:

Assisting the property management team with day-to-day tasks
n
Conducting routine inspections and open homes
n
Coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with landlords and tenants
n
Learning how to prepare lease agreements and property condition reports
n
Managing enquiries and assisting with tenant applications
n




Using LJ Hooker's CRM systems to maintain accurate records
n
Developing strong customer service and communication skills
n
n
What We're Looking For:

Enthusiastic and eager to learn
n
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
n
A team player with a customer-first attitude
n
Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain)
n
A reliable vehicle and the ability to work Saturdays
n
n
Experience is preferred, however, if you don't know real estate that's ok because we'll teach you, but you must have determination, a strong customer focus and the drive to succeed. Must have own reliable vehicle. Must be able to work Saturdays.
