Financial Accountant | Manufacturing | Permanent

Own the month-end process including journals,
accruals/prepayments
and full analytical review of the Balance Sheet and P&L;
n
Complete and review balance sheet reconciliations
n
Manage intercompany reconciliations and transactions across international subsidiaries
n
Assist with consolidated reporting
n
Prepare budgets and forecasts alongside department managers
n
Maintain fixed asset registers, the general ledger and chart of accounts
n
Support with interim and year-end audits
n
Prepare and file monthly/quarterly GST/HST and sales tax returns across entities
n
Contribute to process improvement initiatives
n
n
Key Requirements
n
n
CPA/CA qualified
n
Audit or business services background from practice
n
Strong knowledge of IFRS or AASB
n
Exposure to global entities
n
Driver's license
n
n
