Central Highlands Regional Council is seeking an experienced Human Resources Project Advisor for a maximum term contract (up to October ****) in Emerald. You will lead HR projects, coordinate reporting, and advise on HR policies while working with internal and external stakeholders to improve systems and organisational outcomes.

The role requires a Certificate IV or higher in HR, Business Administration, PM, or equivalent, plus robust HRIS/Microsoft Office skills and a solid understanding of IR
