About the Role

n
On‐site glass installation, fixing, and glazing across commercial and residential projects – both new builds and replacements
n
Delivering high‐quality workmanship while working as part of a supportive, growing team
n
Providing exceptional customer service and representing the O'Brien brand with pride
n
Working flexible rosters, including the option of a4‐day week (10‐hour days)
n
Accessing overtime, shift penalties, and incentives
n
n
About You
n
You'll be a great fit for this role if you have:
n
n
Certificate III in Glass and Glazing (or equivalent trade qualification)
n
current driver's licence
n
Strong working knowledge of Australian Standards AS**** and relevant local
glazing/construction
regulations
n
A commitment to safety, quality, and delivering an excellent customer experience
n
A friendly, approachable communication style
n
Great attention to detail, strong time‐management, and the ability to adapt in a changing environment
n
