About The Role
n
Reporting to the Catalogue and Product Manager, as the Catalogue & Product Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate, complete and reliable product catalogue information. You will research automotive parts, manage catalogue data and cross-referencing, and support product-range opportunities across the business.
n
This role requires strong attention to detail, parts interpretation skills and the ability to manage high-volume data in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities
n

Research, create and maintain accurate product and catalogue listings.
n
Perform data entry and manage parent/child listings, cross-references and supersessions.
n
Review, audit and maintain catalogue data to support accurate internal and external product information.
n
Research manufacturer and industry information to identify range gaps and new product opportunities.
n
Support sales and purchasing teams with parts interpretation, product enquiries and catalogue information.
n
Assist with product training and ensure product information is communicated consistently across the business.
n
Identify opportunities to improve catalogue processes, data quality and reporting.
n

About You
n
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
n
n
Experience in automotive parts interpretation, cataloguing, product data or a similar role.
n
Strong data-entry skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
n
Experience using Electronic Parts Catalogues (EPCs), catalogue systems or similar databases.
n
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
n
Ability to research, interpret and cross-reference automotive parts information.
n
Strong organisational, communication and time-management skills.
n
