The Role
n
Reporting into the shift supervisor and working a 12hr rotating shift (7am- 7pm & 7pm-7am) the key responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:
n

Maintaining safety, quality, and manufacturing standards
n
Operating high speed machinery
n
Attending to mechanical breakdowns on shift
n
Reading & following SOP's
n
Contributing to our approach of continuous improvement and helping to achieve world class operational performance.
n
When required:
n
provide high level trouble shooting.
n
preventative maintenance tasks
n
assist in necessary modifications.
n
technical assistance to reduce production equipment downtime and spoilage.
n
assist in machinery changeovers.
n
monitoring machinery and resolving issues
n
n
All about you
n
n
Trade Qualified Fitter
n
Minimum 3 years of mechanical maintenance experience preferably in a high-volume manufacturing environment
n
Excellent communication,



problem solving and interpersonal skills.
n
Willing to undertake a pre-employment medical which includes drug & alcohol testing.
n
Availability to work across 24hr rotating shift patterns.
n

Estimated annualized salary between $139,000
n
