Our Chance

We're looking for a skilled Dump Truck Operator to jump in and keep our sites running at full pace. If you know how to move earth efficiently, work safely, and bring your A-game every day — we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing
n
You'll be behind the wheel of articulated and/or rigid dump trucks, hauling bulk materials — spoil, aggregates, fill — across active civil construction sites. Your work directly drives project delivery, so reliability and precision matter.

Operate dump trucks safely and productively across live civil construction sites
n




Transport bulk materials in line with site plans and supervisor direction
n
Complete thorough pre‐start inspections
n
Follow all loading and haulage procedures to keep site movement smooth
n
Work with a team of experienced operators
n
Collaborate with Supervisors, Leading Hands and plant operators
n
Own your WHS and environmental responsibilities
n

What You Bring
n
n
Dump truck experience in civil construction or bulk earthworks
n
Solid competency operating large mobile plant — safely and efficiently
n
A genuine understanding of site safety and environmental obligations
n
Valid VOC for dump truck operation
n
Rock‐solid attendance, strong work ethic and a team‐first attitude
n
Clear communicator who takes direction
n
