Monash Health is seeking a Clinical Educator Pharmacist to join our pharmacy program across sites in Melbourne.
The role is offered on a part-time or full time basis, with supervision under the Pharmacist Team Leader for Clinical Educators and collaboration with pharmacy and multidisciplinary teams.
