St Vincent's @ Home in Heathcote is seeking a Home Care Scheduler to join a compassionate, patient‐centred team.
You will coordinate staff across the home care network, ensuring timely and reliable services while maintaining detailed schedules and explicit communication with care coordinators.
The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, at our Heathcote facility, with emphasis on accuracy, teamwork and adherence to care plans.
Relevant scheduling and admin experience is valued.
