We are partnering with a highly regarded and purpose-driven organisation to appoint a Chief Financial Officer to join its Executive Leadership Team.
This is a broad and influential leadership role, combining finance, technology, risk, strategy and organisational transformation.
Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will play a key role in shaping the organisation's future direction while ensuring strong financial, operational and governance foundations.
The organisation operates in a complex and evolving sector, working closely with government, regulators and a broad range of industry stakeholders.

Position
The CFO will be responsible for:
Leading the Finance function, including financial management, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and controls.
Partnering with the CEO, Executive Team and Board to provide clear commercial and strategic advice.
Developing and implementing corporate strategy, business plans and organisational frameworks.
Leading risk management and maintaining a strong governance and risk framework.
Overseeing technology and identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and efficiency.
Driving business transformation and continuous improvement across the organisation.
Preparing high-quality Board papers, analysis and recommendations.
Leading and developing a capable, high-performing team.
Profile
You will be a CA/CPA qualified finance leader with strong technical capability and commercial judgement.
You will have demonstrated experience across finance leadership, strategy, risk and business transformation.
Importantly, you will be more than a traditional CFO.
You will be a hands-on, technology-savvy leader who can move comfortably between the detail and the bigger picture.
You will bring:
Strong financial and commercial acumen.
Experience developing and executing strategy and business plans.
Strong risk, governance and Board reporting capability.
Experience leading technology, systems improvement or transformation.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
The confidence and gravitas to influence at Board and Executive level.
