We're looking for2 x casual FOH Attendantsto join our Melbourne CBD team at Lune Russell St to help deliver the precision, warmth, and care that define the Lune experience.
These roles will suit warm and friendly hospitality professionals who love to create memorable guest experiences, enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced service environment and who want to be a part of a close-knit team.
What the role involves:
Providing warm, professional service and connecting with guests
Using POS confidently to take orders, process payments and refunds
Demonstrating solid product knowledge: pastries, beverages, dietaries, and retail
Maintaining clean FOH areas, restocking, operating the dishwasher
Working variable shifts - including early mornings (from 7:00am), weekends and public holidays

Has at least 1 year of FOH or cafe service experience in hospitality or food service
Communicates clearly and confidently, both with guests and teammates
Brings a positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering high quality and engaging guest experiences
Is organised, adaptable, and happy to work across all Lune venues
Flexible with shifts andMonday - Wednesdayavailability
Has valid working rights in Australia
