Gate Gourmet Brisbane is hiring qualified chefs for a high-volume production kitchen.
This permanent full time role offers a 38-hour week with morning and afternoon shifts, on a 7-day roster that includes some weekends and public holidays.
You will lead a culinary team, ensure recipes and production schedules are followed, and maintain strict food safety standards.
Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery is required, with experience in bulk kitchens highly regarded.
