Green By Nature in Townsville is seeking an entry-level Groundsperson to join our Defence site team. This permanent, full-time role focuses on outdoor grounds and garden maintenance, with learning opportunities in safe operation of equipment.

You will work hands-on to keep surroundings tidy, learn to identify risks, and operate tools such as ride-on mowers and whipper snippers under guidance. In office training will be provided and you will join a small, cooperative team.
