Prudence Rehab is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end to end recruitment across the organisation. This is an opportunity to move beyond simply filling vacancies and play a meaningful role in the ongoing evolution of our Talent Acquisition function.

You will work closely with leaders nationally, provide valuable market insights and ensure every candidate receives a timely, transparent and values aligned experience.

Experience managing end to end Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
n
Occupational Rehabilitation Talent Acquisition industry experience
n
Robust proactive sourcing and talent pipelining capability
n
Confidence to advise and build trusted relationships with leaders
n
Job boards, candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems experience
n
High attention to detail and a commitment to accurate, compliant recruitment data
n
Strong problem solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
n
A genuine commitment to providing an outstanding candidate experience
n
