About the role
n
Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, this role leads a team of five and owns the operation, support and improvement of the finance systems setting. You will also represent Finance through the transition to a new enterprise-wide ERP platform.

Duties
n
n
Lead and develop a team of five across finance systems support and delivery
n
Own and improve finance systems, integrations and vendor relationships
n
Represent Finance across ERP design, testing, migration, cutover and go-live
n
Improve controls, data quality, reporting and month-end processes
n




Translate business needs into practical system and process solutions
n
n
Skills & experience
n
n
Experience supporting or administering a complex finance ERP environment
n
Strong understanding of financial accounting processes and controls
n
ERP implementation or major upgrade experience, including UAT and migration
n
Proven team leadership and stakeholder management capability
n
Relevant degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance or similar
n
n
