Alpha Nobis is a Sydney-based facilities maintenance, Fitout & refurbishment company delivering projects and ongoing maintenance services across some of Sydney's leading commercial buildings.

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Handyman / Maintenance Technician to join our growing team in a full time role.
n
You'll work across multiple commercial sites throughout Sydney, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, minor building works, repairs and general handyman tasks.

The Role
n
n
General building maintenance and repairs
n
Minor carpentry, patching, painting and fit-off works
n
Door, lock, hardware, cabinetry and fixture repairs
n
Office, amenities and common-area upgrades
n
Planned and reactive maintenance
n
Identify and report maintenance issues
n
Coordinate with subcontractors and building management where required
n




Maintain clean, safe and professional work areas
n
Represent Alpha Nobis professionally when dealing with clients and tenants
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
Strong all-round handyman and maintenance experience
n
Carpentry or building experience highly regarded
n
Confident using hand and power tools
n
Ability to problem-solve and work independently
n
Reliable, organised and professional
n
Good communication and customer service skills
n
Current Australian Driver's Licence
n
White Card
n
Trade qualification advantageous but not essential for the right candidate
n
