THE ROLE
n
The Successful Applicant Will Provide Generalist P&C; Advice And Support To a Range Of Stakeholders Across Our Multidisciplinary ASX Listed Organisation, Including But Not Limited To
n
n
Ensuring HR practices are aligned with the unique requirements of sectors such as Defence, mining, infrastructure, marine, construction, and energy
n
Build solid, practical partnerships with operational leaders to support successful project delivery
n
Provide coaching and advice on employee relation matters including performance, discipline and terminations
n
Interpret relevant industrial instruments, including the Duratec Enterprise Agreement, relevant industry awards, Fair Work Act and NES
n
Support stakeholders in the delivery of people-related calendar activity, including performance reviews, remuneration reviews and engagement surveys
n
Support transactional processes and liaise with payroll and other corporate services
n
Liaise with migration agent and coordinating employee visa / sponsorship nominations
n
Support recruitment activities through candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing, while building strong relationships with local talent networks, industry groups and community stakeholders to attract and retain high-quality candidates.

Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects, as required
n

What You'll Need To Succeed
n
The successful applicant will be passionate about driving exceptional employee experience throughout the employment lifecycle, and will possess the following:
n
n
Experience in a P&C; Advisor role within the construction, engineering or mining sector (or similar industry)
n
Strong knowledge of employment law, industrial regulation, awards and EBA's
n
Strong stakeholder engagement, clear communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building
n
Bachelor's degree in human resources,
Business Administration, or a related field.
n
Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
n
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
n
n
