Job Description
Built to Rent Group (BTR Group) is seeking a Property Manager to join our Melbourne team in a hybrid capacity, splitting time between the Melbourne CBD office and work from home.
The role targets candidates with 2–3 years in residential property management and a Victorian licence or registration, offering exposure to a quality portfolio and a supportive team.
You will work closely with our Head of Property Management and leasing team to ensure smooth handovers, tenant satisfaction and compliance
