Role Description
n
The Building Maintenance Handyman is a full-time, on-site role based in Brisbane, QLD, responsible for the day-to-day upkeep and repair of commercial and mixed-use properties.

General building maintenance and repairs
n
Painting, plastering and tenancy make-good works
n
Lighting and minor plumbing works




n
Reactive maintenance and tenant support
n
Identifying maintenance issues and recommending solutions
n
Supervising tenant fit-outs, move-ins and move-outs
n
Collaboration with property managers, tenants, and service providers is required to resolve issues efficiently and maintain a high standard of service.

Qualifications

Building maintenance or handyman experience
n
Skills across general repairs, painting, carpentry, basic plumbing and maintenance
n
Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
n
Understanding of workplace health and safety requirements
n
Professional communication skills and a customer-focused approach
n
Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
n
Stable employment history and commitment to long-term employment
n
Trade qualification or relevant maintenance experience highly regarded
n
Valid driver's licence
n
Australian Permanent Residency or unrestricted work rights required
