THE POSITION
n
This is a genuine Licensee Manager opportunity for an experienced Property Management leader who wants more than a title.
n
You will take ownership of a sizeable Property Management division, leading an established team and overseeing a substantial portfolio.
n
Your focus will include:
n
n
Leading, managing and developing the Property Management team
n
Full licensee oversight and compliance responsibility
n
Driving performance, accountability and service standards
n
Managing escalated and complex matters
n




Overseeing compliance, legislation and operational risk
n
Auditing and overseeing outsourced trust accounting
n
Refining systems, policies and procedures
n
Working closely with national leadership on operational improvements
n
Making decisions autonomously and taking ownership of the local business
n
n
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
n
You will need:
n
n
Triennial Certificate / full Licensee capability
n
Strong senior Property Management leadership experience
n
Proven experience managing and developing a sizeable team
n
Excellent knowledge of compliance and legislation
n
Confidence handling escalated complaints and difficult situationsStrong people leadership and performance management capability
n
n
This role needs someone high-energy, commercially minded and decisive.
n
Someone who gets into the operation, knows what good looks like and is comfortable holding people accountable.
n
This is not a seat-warming management role. They need someone experienced enough to assess what is happening, make decisions and get on with it.
n
