The Role
n
As an F&I; Business Manager, you will work with an experienced sales team in a premium dealership setting, delivering tailored finance and insurance solutions that support Complete Customer Satisfaction.
n
You will have access to a strong range of finance and insurance products, leading lender relationships, and an uncapped commission structure.
n
Your focus will be on profitable product sales, compliant processes, strong customer relationships, and repeat business.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Introducing finance, insurance and warranty products to customers
n
Identify suitable finance options and submit applications
n
Liaise with lenders and manage settlements and documentation
n
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
n
Support the sales team to maximise customer satisfaction and deal outcomes
n
Monitor performance against targets and drive profitability
n
n
About You
n
n
Experience in automotive sales, finance or a similar F&I; Business Manager role
n
Finance and insurance knowledge; lender accreditation preferred




n
Strong customer service, communication and relationship-building skills
n
Commercially minded, target-driven and motivated to achieve KPIs
n
Excellent attention to detail and administration skills
n
Current valid driver's licence
n
