Job Description
ADP Consulting is seeking a Senior Talent Advisor to own end-to-end recruitment for engineering and qualified services teams. You'll partner directly with Section Leads and Directors on workforce planning, run full-cycle recruitment across multiple disciplines and locations, and bring real market insight into how we attract and compete for people.

Key responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment from briefing through to offer, across multiple disciplines and locations
n
Build and maintain genuine talent pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles, not just react to vacancies as they open
n
Bring current salary and market data into hiring conversations so offers are competitive
n
Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning so the organisation is ahead of gaps, not scrambling to fill them
n
Shape how ADP is presented as an employer, including presence on LinkedIn
n
About you
n




Solid experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally with exposure to engineering, construction or technical professional services
n
Confident holding your ground with senior stakeholders on market data and salary benchmarks
n
Genuinely organised — able to run multiple live searches without dropping the ball on candidate experience
n
Someone who wants to build a talent function, not just fill roles
n
Based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane
