About the Opportunity:
n We are looking for the industry's best Waitstaff to join our team to deliver an unforgettable experience for our guests. Coordinate and communicate a multitude of elements within the restaurant. You will be guest focused and bring a charismatic approach to your work.
n
Main Role Responsibilities:
n
n
Ensure exceptional guest service, from the moment a guest walks in, to the moment they leave
n
Greet & seat guests, taking orders, delivering food and drinks to the table
n
Demonstrate knowledge of food & wine and genuine interest for hospitality
n
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of station and service areas at all times
n
Proactively carry out any other duties as instructed by Crew Leaders
n
n
Experience, Skills & Attributes:
n
n
Experience as a section waitstaff in a high volume, premium restaurant is advantageous
n




Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
n
Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively
n
Strong work ethic and a "can do" attitude
n
Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations
n
Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts
n
