A newly created Senior Commercial Finance Manager role, reporting directly to the CFO. You'll play a key role in shaping commercial reporting, insights and strategy across a diversified portfolio, with direct access to the CFO and business owners.

What you'll don
n
Lead commercial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and insights across a diversified portfolio, and continuously improve how that reporting gets done
n
Partner closely with business unit leaders to understand performance drivers, challenge assumptions and influence outcomes across the group
n
Provide strategic insight into risks, opportunities and P&L; performance, including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis
n
Play a key role in valuing the group's assets, including work that feeds into banking and funding requirements
n
Lead and develop a team of 3, while being a strong influence across the broader finance function
n
Support treasury-related activities, including debt arrangements and associated reporting obligations
n




Help shape the group's approach to capital allocation and funding, including the financial modelling behind it
n
Build out the group's budgeting and forecasting capability so it keeps pace with a growing, diversified business
n
Drive process and reporting improvements, including using AI to work smarter and surface better insights
n
Pick up ad hoc analysis and projects as priorities shift
n
About youn
n
CA/CPA qualified, with 12+ years' relevant experience
n
Exposure to listed or private property companies is essential
n
Robust FP&A; background, ideally across a diversified or multi-entity portfolio
n
A track record of getting into the detail of a P&L; and explaining what's really driving performance
n
Experience leading and developing a small team
n
Practical experience applying AI to improve reporting or performance
n
CA/CPA qualified, with 12+ years' relevant experience
n
Confidence operating with senior stakeholders and owners
n
