We're looking for a dedicated Cleaning, Laundry & Catering Assistant to join the team at Cabanda Aged Care in Rosewood.
n
Help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment—making a real difference in the lives of our residents by ensuring they feel at home and cared for.

Location: Cabanda Aged Care, Rosewood, QLD
n
Role Type: Casual (with potential to Permanent Part-time for the successful applicant)
n
Remuneration: $***** per hour (includes 25% casual loading) + Super + Salary Packaging + Staff Discounts
n
About the Role
n
Due to the nature of the role, flexibility is essential. You must be available to work across a 7‐day roster and be willing to pick up shifts at short notice, including covering unplanned leave and absences.
n
This is an all-round Hotel Services role, including a mix of:
n
n
Cleaning resident rooms and communal areas
n
Catering support (food preparation, meal service and dishwashing)
n
Laundry duties (washing, folding and distributing linen and clothing)
n
n
About You
n
n
Experience as a Cleaner, Laundry, Catering Assistant or similar (aged care experience highly regarded)
n
Compassionate and committed to delivering respectful, person-centred care
n
Adaptable, reliable, and willing to support the team when needed
n
Enjoy working as part of a team to create a positive environment for residents
n

Personalised Care and Connection

Support meal services tailored to residents' needs and preferences

Build meaningful connections with residents—your interactions can make their day

Assist with kitchen and meal service duties

Hotel Services Support

Maintain clean, tidy, and welcoming living spaces

Assist with laundry services including washing, folding and distribution

Contribute to a safe, hygienic environment for residents and staff
