About the role
n
We are currently seeking a Services Managerfor Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. This role offers great career prospects with a privately-owned tier 1 constructor and international engineering enterprise.
n
Key responsibilities
n
n
Lead the coordination and delivery of building services & utilities across major infrastructure projects
n
Manage MEP design, construction integration and stakeholder engagement from planning through to completion.
n
Drive safety, quality, programme and commercial outcomes while mitigating project risks.
n
Work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and delivery teams to optimise project performance.
n
Preparation and management of commissioning strategy
n
Champion innovation, constructability, and best practice to ensure successful project outcomes.
n
n
About you
n
n
Proven experience managing building services delivery across major construction or infrastructure projects.
n
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, fire and hydraulic systems and their integration.
n
Skilled at building collaborative relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
n
Demonstrated ability to drive safety, quality, programme and commercial outcomes.
n
A proactive leader with excellent communication skills and a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
n
