Scene To Believe is seeking a Christmas Experience Team Leader (Chief Elf) to lead a team across sites in Australia and Recent Zealand during the festive season. You will inspire, support and coordinate Elves to deliver magical Santa photo experiences for visiting families.

As Chief Elf, you will drive performance on site, oversee daily operations, and ensure every family leaves with a high-quality photo keepsake while maintaining a warm, cheerful atmosphere on set.
