Job Description
The Parts Coordinator is responsible for ensuring all items in and out of the warehouse are processed on time and to Liebherr standards.

Key Responsibilities
n

Customer service (external & internal)
n
Accurate data entry of purchase orders into sales orders
n
Monitor the effectiveness of parts processes
n
Expediting
n
Quoting of parts & components
n
Ordering stock from suppliers and maintain accurate records, files and reports.
n
Provide parts advice & support to internal & external customers
n
n
About you
n
n
Relevant parts experience
n
Analytical skills and high attention to detail
n
Knowledge of mining excavators and their components (not essential)
n
Sound written and verbal communication skills
n
Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
n
Proficient in personal time planning / organisational skills
n
Strong computer skills (outlook, excel)
n
