Social Futures in Lismore seeks an Aboriginal Program Worker to join the Family Connect and Support team on a part time basis. You will provide culturally safe, strengths-based supports to children, youth, families and carers, coordinating cases and linking with services to improve wellbeing.
You will work within a collaborative team, building relationships with Aboriginal communities and stakeholders, while upholding program guidelines and delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
