The Opportunity
Step into an exciting Building Manager opportunity at a prestigious CBD address.
You'll be the driving force behind well-maintained, functional buildings while providing exceptional service and building strong relationships with residents.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and coordinating all aspects of building operations
Managing correspondence, requests, and complaints across your portfolio
Driving continuous improvements and resolving daily issues while managing trades
Conducting regular checks on access control panels, security systems, and key management
Overseeing tenancy requirements, OHS compliance, and fire safety systems
Ensuring safe and efficient operation of all building facilities
Addressing building defects and holding stakeholders accountable
Enforcing building rules and regulations
About You
You are an experienced Building Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings:
Solid planning and organisational skills to juggle competing priorities
A solid understanding of building functions and asset management
Excellent communication skills across all levels
Knowledge of OHS practices and legislation
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability




Leadership skills to empower your team and confidence to influence stakeholders (builders, OC Committees, managers, etc.)
Prior trade experience and familiarity with integrated systems (highly regarded)
