Key Responsibilities:
n

Support the Quality & Technical team with audit administration, quality systems, reporting, and other required initiatives.
n
Oversee and maintain quality and technical documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective distribution to customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
n
Identify opportunities for improvement and support the implementation of continual improvement initiatives across quality and compliance systems.
n
Promote and contribute to a strong food safety and quality culture throughout the organisation.
n
Communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
n
Manage multiple tasks, priorities and administrative requirements while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
n
Support the continuous improvement of quality, food safety and compliance systems and processes.
n




Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams, customers and suppliers

Skills and Experiences:
n
About You:
n
n
Tertiary qualification or currently completing studies in Food Science, Agricultural Science, Horticulture, Quality Assurance, Food Technology, or a related discipline.
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally.
n
Strong attention to detail, organisation and time management skills.
n
Analytical and proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
n
Confident using Microsoft Office Suite and willing to learn new systems and processes.
n
Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a rapid-paced environment.
n
Comfortable working both autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
n
Professional, positive and customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
