Mini Masterminds Box Hill — Diploma Educator (Full Time 4 days) is a key role delivering play-based learning and fostering a safe, inclusive environment for children at our 84-place centre.
You will plan, observe, and document progress while building robust relationships with families and staff.
You will lead in the absence of the Lead Educator, support wellbeing, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Available to work opening/closing shifts and Monday–Thursday as required.
