$80K Min Salary + Uncapped Comms ($150-$250 OTE)

Cars4Us is looking for a driven Full-time Assistant Sales Manager to join and lead our high-performing Pre-Owned Vehicle Sales team in Brisbane.
n
Working alongside the Sales Manager, this is a hands-on selling leadership role where you'll continue to sell vehicles while helping lead, motivate and develop the sales team.

About you
n
This role suits an experienced automotive salesperson ready to sell,



lead and make an impact. Working with the Sales Manager, you'll drive sales floor performance, continue selling, coach the team and help maximise every opportunity.
n
A dedicated appointment and delivery team helps keep the focus on selling vehicles, developing customers and delivering results.
n
We're looking for someone who:
n
Has proven automotive sales experience and a solid track record of achieving targets
n
Is motivated by sales, gross profit, volume and commercial outcomes
n
Can lead from the front, motivate the team and create accountability for results
n
Can coach and develop Sales Consultants, sharing best-practice sales and closing techniques
n
Is confident supporting negotiations, closing deals and maximising every opportunity
n
Drives lead follow-up, conversion and sales activity in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
n
Delivers a great customer experience while maintaining high-performance standards
n
Must be able to work evening shifts until 8pm on a rotating basis
n
Holds a valid driver's licence
