You'll be the safe pair of hands ensuring suppliers are paid accurately and on time, ledgers are clean, and urgent payments never slip through the cracks. This role is ideal for a payables professional who takes real pride in accuracy and process.

What you'll be doing:
n
n
Reconciling and processing payments for preferred supplier accounts, ensuring trading terms and discounts are correctly applied
n
Completing daily bank reconciliations
n
Processing daily urgent payment requests
n
Maintaining creditor accounts and clearing outstanding items on the ledger
n
Managing the accounts payable inbox and responding to supplier and internal queries in a timely, courteous manner




n
Filing and archiving payment support documentation
n
Supporting the wider accounts payable and finance team with ad hoc duties and projects as required
n

What we're looking for:

Prior experience in a high-volume accounts payable role
n
Confidence working across multiple stakeholders, including supplier queries
n
Excellent attention to detail and time management
n
A proactive, team-oriented approach with the ability to work autonomously when needed
n
