Job Description
You will act as a vital bridge between Operations and HR. Your primary mission is to partner with Managers and Team Leaders to optimise workforce productivity, reduce operational churn, and build a resilient workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

Manage grievances and support employee mental health in high-stress environments
n
Design high-volume recruitment pipelines and retention strategies to combat high employee attrition
n
Guide and coach line managers through performance management, difficult conversations, and leadership development
n
Oversee and resolve complex employee issues, conduct investigations, and ensure fair work practices
n
Interpret workforce metrics and engagement data to spot risks, close skill gaps, and propose proactive solutions
n
Partner with operations to align performance management frameworks with core call centre metrics (e.g., Average Handling Time, Customer Satisfaction scores)
n
About you
n




3 to 5+ years of HR generalist or business partner experience, ideally within a rapid-paced BPO, contact centre, retail, or hospitality environment
n
Ability to handle rapid organizational changes, massive shift structures, and large employee cohorts
n
Strong knowledge of local employment standards
n
Deep understanding of general business operations
n
High-level communication, conflict resolution, coaching, and strategic problem-solving skills
n
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
n
