Job Description
n
Lead category planning and initiatives to deliver sales, profit and market-share growth
n
Provide technical support, application guidance and troubleshooting assistance for Power Transmission products
n
Manage product range, supplier selection and product lifecycle activity
n
Develop supplier partnerships and support joint growth plans
n
Work with sales teams to develop customer opportunities, product solutions and targeted sales plans
n
Support competitive pricing, promotions, marketing and merchandising activity
n
Deliver technical product training for internal teams and customers
n
Conduct customer and branch visits to support sales development and market engagement
n
Analyse category performance, customer trends and market opportunities
n
Partner with supply chain and inventory teams on forecasting and inventory optimisation
n
Maintain product data, technical literature and sales-support materials
n
Foster and maintain trusted relationships across all levels of the business and support the store network, managers and leaders
n

Requirements
n
n
Practical technical expertise in Power Transmission, including related industrial components, applications or systems
n
Experience in product management, category management, technical sales, engineering support or industrial distribution
n
Strong understanding of industrial customer requirements and technical problem-solving
n
Commercial awareness, including exposure to product range, pricing, sales or margin management
n
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder-management skills
n




Transparent written and verbal communication skills, including confidence to deliver technical training
n
Strong planning, time-management and attention-to-detail skills
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using ERP and CRM systems
n
Current driver licence
n
Flexibility to travel within Australia as needed
n
Must be either an Australian Citizen or holder of an Australian Permanent Residency Visa
n
